The Asset Intelligence Maturity Indicator
Take the five-minute self-diagnostic to understand your starting point across the five functions of Asset Intelligence.

Asset Intelligence is the discipline of defining, capturing, governing, delivering and exploiting asset information so that it supports decisions and outcomes across the life of an estate. It has five functions:
- Requirements. Defining what asset information the organisation needs and why.
- Capture. Producing, collecting and updating that information.
- Governance. Structuring, validating and trusting it.
- Delivery. Getting it to the people and systems that need it.
- Exploitation. Using it to drive operational, compliance and investment decisions.
This indicator gives you a maturity profile across the five functions. Most organisations are not at the same level in every function. That is normal, and the unevenness is the point. Where a function is furthest behind is usually where the next investment unlocks the most value.
What this does (and doesn’t) give you
This is a short self-report indicator. It will give you a directional profile and a view of where the biggest gaps are likely to sit. It will not give you a defensible, evidence-based assessment.
