Maturity Indicator Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Glider Technology Limited (company number 08248127, registered at Mentor House, Ainsworth Street, Blackburn BB1 6AY) (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes your personal data when you use the Maturity Indicator tool (the “Tool”) available at https://glidertech.com/asset-intelligence-maturity-indicator-assessment/.

This notice supplements our main Website Privacy Policy and should be read alongside it.

1.1 WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

When you use the Tool, we may collect the following personal data: (i) your name and email address, where you choose to provide these to receive your results or to be contacted by us; (ii) your organisation name and role, where you choose to provide these as part of the assessment; (iii) your responses to the assessment questions; and (iv) technical data, including your IP address, browser type, and usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).

1.2 HOW WE USE YOUR DATA AND OUR LAWFUL BASIS

We use your personal data for the following purposes: (i) delivering the Tool and generating your assessment output. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (our legitimate interest in providing the Tool and communicating about our services to organisations in the built environment sector); (ii) sending you your results by email, where you have requested this. Lawful basis: legitimate interests; and (iii) sending you marketing communications about Glider’s products and services. Lawful basis: consent. We will only send marketing communications where you have actively opted in by ticking the relevant consent checkbox in the Tool. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

You are not required to provide your name or email address to complete the Tool. If you choose not to do so, we will not be able to send you your results or contact you regarding your assessment.

1.3 WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We share your personal data with the following categories of third parties acting as our data processors: (i) our CRM and marketing platform provider (Zoho), for the purpose of storing and managing your contact data; and (ii) our website analytics provider (Google Analytics), for the purpose of understanding how users interact with the Tool. (iii) We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

1.4 HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

We will retain your personal data collected through the Tool for 12 months from the date of your assessment, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required by law to retain it for longer.

1.5 YOUR RIGHTS

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we process your data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
