Glider has an excellent reputation for carrying out business in accordance with the highest principles of business ethics. We are proud of this reputation and are committed to conducting our business activities with honesty and in full compliance with current laws and regulations.

As an innovative business, we continually seek better, safer, more cost effective and sustainable methods of working, while adhering to best business practices.

Glider is a fully remote working business with no office locations which reduces our impact on the environment. Whilst this is the case, Glider is still committed to minimising our carbon footprint. We promote paperless working and employees have been provided with water bottles to reduce single use plastics. If employees are required to travel to client meetings, we encourage the use of public transport or car sharing.

Glider is committed to supporting the communities we live and work in. We achieve this by supporting local and national charities as well as industry groups through volunteering, fundraising and financial contributions.

In 2023 we started working closely with the Stronger Together charity, which supports people at risk of becoming isolated. The non-profit organisation based in north-east England hosts small activity groups to support those with mental or physical health issues as well as those living with dementia or those who are bereaved. As well as supporting Stronger Together financially, we use our networks to help raise awareness.
