We’ve been shortlisted for the Building Innovation Awards 2026
We’re proud to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for the Building Innovation Awards 2026, in the Best Asset Management Innovation category.

Building Innovation Awards 2026 - Best Asset Management Innovation
The Building Innovation Awards shortlisting is for our work on Asset Intelligence, the discipline we’ve developed to help organisations find, trust and act on the asset information they need to keep buildings safe, compliant and performing. Our submission showed how we’re helping building owners, operators and asset managers move beyond fragmented data and turn it into information people can find, trust and act on throughout the asset lifecycle.
For many organisations, critical asset information is incomplete, hard to access or scattered across multiple systems. Our Asset Intelligence approach brings that information together, turning it into insight that helps teams improve operational performance, maintain compliance, manage risk and make better-informed investment decisions.
Being shortlisted recognises not only the innovation behind our approach, but also the value it’s already delivering for organisations managing increasingly complex estates, including the Ministry of Defence, Deutsche Bank and Unite Students.
We’re delighted to be recognised alongside other leading innovators across the built environment sector, and want to thank our team, partners and clients who’ve contributed to this achievement.
The winners will be announced at the Building Innovation Awards Gala Ceremony on 29 September 2026 at the National Conference Centre (NCC), Birmingham. You can view the full shortlist here: 2026 Shortlist – Building Innovation Awards
We’ll be keeping our fingers crossed and look forward to celebrating with the industry in September.
