Meet Glider’s Australian Team
From rail infrastructure projects in Queensland to datacentre programmes in Singapore and the United States, Glider’s Australian team is supporting some of the world’s most complex construction and technology projects.

Introducing the Australian team
Based in Brisbane, the team works with customers across Australia and internationally, helping organisations manage project information more effectively through the Glider Nexus platform.
We spoke to Mason Bollond, Information Manager, who shared insights into the projects the team is delivering, the industries they support and life generally in the Australian office.
Supporting projects across Australia and beyond
Although the Australian team is small, its reach is extensive.
Mason Bollond has been with Glider for three years and now works as an Information Manager, supporting customers across multiple projects and helping teams maximise the value of the platform.
Mason works closely with Manager Winston Jong and Technical Project Manager Nirvan Maisuria, to support projects spanning transport infrastructure, digital infrastructure and major capital programmes across Australia and internationally.
Enabling customers to succeed
A significant part of the Australian team’s role focuses on helping customers build confidence and capability in managing their own project information.
Working closely with organisations such as Laing O’Rourke, the team helps establish project environments, configure templates and workflows and provide ongoing training and support throughout project delivery.
Rather than simply implementing technology, the focus is on helping project teams understand how to use it effectively.
“Our role is often about supporting people, answering questions and helping teams get the most out of the platform,” says Mason.
A global perspective
Alongside its Australian work, the team also supports major datacentre programmes for Meta in Singapore and the United States and is a Meta Enterprise Approved Third-Party Partner.
Operating across multiple regions provides valuable insight into how different organisations and project teams approach information management. While processes and terminology may vary, the underlying challenge is ensuring the right information is available to the right people at the right time.
For Mason, clear communication is one of the most important parts of the role: “Whether someone is new to the platform or has years of experience, being approachable and willing to help makes a real difference.”
Life in Brisbane
The Australian office is located in Woolloongabba, just outside Brisbane’s city centre.
As a small team, collaboration comes naturally. Team members work closely together, share knowledge and support one another across projects.
Looking ahead
As Glider continues to support projects across new sectors and regions, the Australian team is playing an increasingly important role in delivering expertise across infrastructure, datacentres and digital construction.
While separated by thousands of miles from colleagues in the UK, the Brisbane team shares the same goal to help customers gain greater control, visibility and confidence in their project information.
