The HMP Stocken project includes a 206-bed house block, a kitchen, an activities building, and an extension to existing car parking facilities with an overall project cost of c.£24m.
gliderbim® was deployed as Software-as-a-Service for the collation and validation of structured asset data (COBie) for the entire project. Glider was appointed by Wates Group, the principal contractor delivering the prison development for the Ministry of Justice.
Glider provided a comprehensive information management service for the project enabling the successful implementation of the gliderbim® solution, management of the supply chain, and ensuring a compliant level 2 COBie delivery to the client team.
