Plumtree Court is a 10-storey office in the Shoe Lane Quarter – bigger than 26 football pitches and with the largest trading floor in London.
London is now home to the new European headquarters of a renowned financial institution, situated at Plumtree Court in Holborn. This state-of-the-art office building has high spec amenities and sustainability features.
With more than one million square feet of space, Plumtree Court houses the largest trading floor in London and includes eight floors for workplace plus two further floors dedicated to staff amenities such as café and dining spaces, an auditorium and conference centre.
The owners have also installed a health and fitness centre, childcare facilities and bicycle parking.
Throughout the workplace floors there are additional amenities, including barista-style coffee bars, meeting rooms and pantries, soft seating and wellness facilities such as resting rooms and nursing mothers’ rooms.
Glider provided information management services to three main contractors for this project, including Multiplex and BW.
Working in partnership with all three contractors, we delivered the structured asset data requirements of the owners and used our Common Data Environment (CDE) gliderbim® platform to collate, verify and handover all required project data.
