Project: HMP Five Wells

Client: Ministry of Justice 

Main Contractor: Kier           

  • Covering 13 house blocks & sitewide infrastructure
  • Overseeing the information capture across 79 workpackages, from 49 trade contractors, and verifying in excess of 2.5 million data points from 380,000 COBie records
  • Processing 17,000 handover documents, producing 437 O&M manuals, building user guides, health & safety files, testing and commissioning records
  • Deliverables included traditional O&M/handover package, plus full COBie and enriched IFC model data.
