Senior Account Executive

  • Full Time (40 hrs p/w Monday – Friday)

  • Salary – Up to £90k-£120k OTE (dependent on experience)

  • Working from home (permanently)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in the UK.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving ‘new business’ sales of our gliderbim® software and information management services to a diverse range of clients in the digital built environment (major asset owners, property managers and principal contractors). Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with asset owners (and their connected supply chains) in the public and private sector, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Senior Account Executive role will also be required to work closely, and develop relationships with the Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Lead for Asset Management, Head of Customer Success, Head of Operations and Head of Information Management Services.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads for gliderbim® software and managed services (suitable for asset owners in key market verticals, and principal contractors in their integrated supply chains).
  • Through regular review,  identification of revenue opportunities through the alignment of Glider’s software and services with the prospect and/or  customers strategic and operational aims.
  • Ownership of revenue generation within assigned territory, as well as the quality & strength of the executive relationships within the territory.
  • Responsible for in-depth, broad-based sales  presentations of the entire gliderbim® platform and managed services  offering(s).
  • Drive complex solution sales cycles to deal closure.
  • Prospect with qualified leads to identify business opportunities in which the gliderbim® platform can provide business solutions.
  • Analyse customer business requirements as a basis to develop a sales strategy and propose Glider managed services and/or gliderbim®.
  • Prepare business response documentation for  RFI/RFP/RFQ requests.
  • Produce written proposals & quotations.
  • Analyse requirements and design solutions to complex customer business requirements.
  • Working with a technical team, ensure clear understanding of customer’s technology requirements; provide sales leadership for Proposal and Project teams and vision to win and deliver large-scale, complex solutions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals.
  • Develop and manage business plan for assigned territory.
