Digital handover software for defence projects
We support contractors in the management of handover information deliverables from their extended supply chain on defence capital projects.
We ensure asset data and documentation is validated and verified, and that the DIO’s Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) are met in line with the JSP 850 policy.
This can be procured as part of a managed service, or the software licensed independently and configured to support your way of working.
O&M digital handover collation & review
Accurate and well-organised asset documentation is crucial for a successful handover. We can assist with capturing all necessary information from your supply chain. Working closely with your project team to understand your unique requirements, we will develop a customised O&M handover strategy that meets the DIO’s operational needs and regulatory requirements.
We will:
- Attend regular meetings with the project team to report progress and highlight any issues or concerns
- Prepare monthly progress reports documenting the status of the O&M production process
- Chase all consultants and subcontractors responsible for the provision of required information to ensure all programme milestones are achieved
- Quality check all deliverables to ensure adherence to the approved format and with the level of information required
- Coordinate the commenting and review process for all deliverables

These standards, coupled with our UK CDE deployment, meet the UK data sovereign requirements for projects up to the classification of Official-Sensitive.
